it was horrible , the zip of the dress was broken already i didnt check and sent for steam press that person told me then the tailor told me that the zip is of very bad quality you have to change it .
that was not worth the price am very disappointed
I bought this dress for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and it turned out really nice. She looked super cute and the dress looked royal. The quality is very good. There was some issue with the size which was promptly resolved by their team. Highly recommended!!!
I had made demand for customising knee length and full sleeve dress for 6 months old friends daughter weighing 7 kg. The dress length came 21” and with tight sleeve and very broad waist, even the bow position is too high at neck which is not like that in their photo dress. The material is also shimmery which in no way seemed shimmery in picture. Received in very poor packaging as it was express delivery , which is claimed from them. Now as it is customised , it becomes non returnable and no one is picking call even after calling several times. Waste of 8715₹ from such luxe product company. It is waste product to gift someone. I have couriered them back their dress. I don’t want to keep such street side middle class shop dress even if they don’t refund the money. In my opinion, customer satisfaction is bare minimum in such a luxe and expensive shop.
