I ordered a dress from Pony and Peony for my friend’s child’s birthday, and the fabric feels cheap and awful. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift.
When I contacted them, I was told I’d have to pay to send it back myself—and that I couldn’t get a refund, only an exchange or a different product. Why would I want another item after this experience? Bitterly disappointed with both the dress and the response
